New Issue: JPMorgan sells $5.94 million uncapped dual directional notes tied to iShares MSCI EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $5.94 million of uncapped dual directional contingent buffered return enhanced notes due Oct. 31, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the ETF finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 133% of the ETF gain.

If the ETF falls by up to the 20% contingent buffer, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the return.

If the ETF falls by more than the 20%, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
