New Issue: JPMorgan prices $137,000 contingent buffered notes linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $137,000 of 0% uncapped contingent buffered equity notes due Oct. 30, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the final share price is greater than or equal to the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the ETF return and 33%. If the ETF declines by up to 25%, the payout will be par. If the ETF declines by more than 25%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final share price is less than the initial share price.
