Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 28 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.24 million of 0% trigger step securities due Oct. 30, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the fund return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the greater of the fund return and the step return of 35.5%.
Investors will receive par if the fund declines by 25% or less and will lose 1% for each 1% decline from its initial level if the fund falls more than 25%.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the underwriters.
