Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $5.25 million of 0% trigger digital notes due Sept. 10, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final share price is greater than or equal to the downside threshold, 70% of the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 11.2%. If the final share price is less than the downside threshold, investors will be fully exposed to the ETF’s decline.
