Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $5.25 million of trigger callable contingent yield notes due Aug. 6, 2018 with daily coupon observation linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 8% if the fund closes at or above its coupon barrier, 75% of its initial level, on each day during the observation period for that quarter.
The notes are callable at par on any quarterly observation date other than the final date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the fund finishes below its 75% downside threshold level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.
