Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.44 million of uncapped buffered notes due Oct. 1, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the fund closes at or above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.01 times any gain.
If the fund declines by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
