Chicago, Sept. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $150,000 of 0% buffered return enhanced notes due Sept. 17, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times any gain in the fund.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 20% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 20%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
