JPMorgan plans capped buffered return enhanced notes on iShares EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Sept. 28, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 20% to 24%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Sept. 27 and settle on Sept. 30.
The Cusip number is 46646EWY4.
