Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $741,000 of 0% contingent buffered equity notes due Aug. 31, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the fund return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the fund return and 35%.
If the fund declines by up to 25%, the payout will be par.
If the fund declines by more than 25%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final share price is less than the initial share price.
