Morgantown, W.Va., July 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.19 million of 0% uncapped contingent buffered equity notes due June 30, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the fund return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the fund return and the contingent minimum return of 37.5%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund drops by more than the contingent buffer.
