New Issue: JPMorgan prices $4.23 million 5.5% yield notes on Russell, iShares EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., June 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.23 million of 5.5% yield notes due Aug. 24, 2017 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
JPMorgan Chase & Co. is the guarantor.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either underlying falls by more than 22.5%, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline of the lesser-performing underlying beyond 22.5%.
