New York, June 10 – Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch priced $1.03 million of 0% capped buffered underlying securities due June 12, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any index gain, up to a maximum return of par plus 33%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
