JPMorgan plans capped buffered return enhanced notes on MSCI EAFE ETF

Columbus, Ohio, June 2 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due June 29, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any ETF gain, up to a maximum return of between 22% and 26%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.

The notes (Cusip: 46646EEH1) will price on June 27 and settle on June 30.
