Chicago, May 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of 0% contingent buffered return enhanced notes due May 16, 2019 linked to iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.39 times any fund gain.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 20% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund drops by more than the contingent buffer.
