New Issue: JPMorgan prices $6.1 million 5.15% yield notes linked to iShares MSCI EAFE, Russell

Columbus, Ohio, May 9 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6.1 million of 5.15% yield notes due May 8, 2017 linked to the lesser performing of the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par the final coupon unless either underlying component falls by more than its 20% buffer, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% the lesser component falls below the buffer.
