New Issue: Deutsche Bank prices $4.38 million leveraged securities on MSCI EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, May 5 – Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch priced $4.38 million of 0% leveraged securities due May 3, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 120% of the gain.

If the fund falls, investors will lose 0.55% for every 1% decline from the fund’s initial level.
