New Issue: JPMorgan prices $99,000 uncapped contingent buffered notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Norfolk, Va., May 2 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $99,000 of 0% uncapped contingent buffered equity notes due April 30, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the return and a fixed return of 33%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to any losses if it falls by more than the contingent buffer.
