New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $3.28 million coupon buffered notes on Russell, ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., April 15 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $3.28 million of 5% coupon buffered securities due May 18, 2017 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either component falls by more than 22.5%, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline of the worst performing component beyond 22.5%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
