New Issue: JPMorgan sells $4.33 million capped buffered return enhanced notes on MSCI EAFE

Norfolk, Va., April 5– JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $4.33 million of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due March 29, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus two times any ETF gain, subject to a maximum return of 22%.
If the ETF drops by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% the ETF declines beyond the 10% buffer.
