Columbus, Ohio, March 30 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1.35 million of 0% uncapped contingent buffered equity notes due March 31, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the gain and the contingent minimum return of 40%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund falls by more than the contingent buffer.
