New Issue: UBS prices $150,000 buffered return optimization securities linked to iShares MSCI EAFE
New York, March 28 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $150,000 of buffered return optimization securities due April 5, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF closes at or above its initial price, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times any gain, capped at par plus 75.98%.
If the ETF declines by up to 20%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any losses beyond 20%.
