New Issue: JPMorgan sells $10.43 million 5.5% autocallable yield notes on S&P 500, iShares MSCI EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, March 15 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $10.43 million of 5.5% autocallable yield notes due Sept. 14, 2017 linked to the S&P 500 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes will be called at par if each underlying asset closes at or above its initial level on any review date other than the final date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either underlying asset falls by more than 20%, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline of the worse performing asset.
