New Issue: Barclays prices $1 million PLUS due 2017 linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Dec. 3 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due March 3, 2017 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 17.3%.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
Barclays is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management will handle distribution.
