New Issue: JPMorgan prices $435,000 capped buffered notes linked to EAFE ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 24 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $435,000 of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Nov. 24, 2017 tied to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.2 times any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 22.25%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
