Credit Suisse plans trigger performance notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 11 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% trigger performance securities due Nov. 30, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 160% to 170% of any index gain. The exact participation rate will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the index finishes below the 75% trigger level.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.

The notes will price Nov. 24 and settle Nov. 30.

The Cusip number is 22548F810.
