Norfolk, Va., Nov. 3 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $2.06 million of 0% trigger performance securities due Oct. 30, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 156% of any fund gain.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 35% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund finishes below the 65% trigger level.
