Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 2 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.31 million of 0% trigger performance securities due Sept. 30, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 174.5% of any fund gain.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to losses if the fund finishes below the 75% trigger level.
Barclays and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.
