New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.64 million buffered return enhanced notes tied to iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Oct. 2 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $2.64 million of 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Sept. 29, 2017 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 22%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.
