JPMorgan plans five-year trigger performance notes on MSCI EAFE ETF

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 28 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% trigger performance securities due Oct. 30, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 150% to 160% of any fund gain, with the exact participation rate to be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 35% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund finishes below the 65% trigger level.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.

The notes will price on Oct. 27 and settle on Oct. 30.

The Cusip number is 48127Y730.
