JPMorgan plans buffered return enhanced notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Aug. 3 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Aug. 31, 2017 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 18.5% to 22.5%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price Aug. 26 and settles Aug. 31.
The Cusip number is 48125UF80.
