New Issue: Barclays prices $2.2 million 5.5% notes linked to Russel 2000, iShares MSCI EAFE

Tacoma, Wash., June 24 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.2 million of 5.5% notes due Sept. 29, 2016 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of the lesser-performing underlying component is greater than or equal to negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.17647% for every 1% that the lesser-performing underlying component declines beyond 15%.
