Credit Suisse plans to price Bares due 2016 on iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, April 13 – Credit Suisse AG plans to price 0% Buffered Accelerated Return Equity Securities due Oct. 18, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of any gain in the fund, up to a return cap of 19.5%.
Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 15% and will lose 1.17647% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
The notes will settle on April 16.
The Cusip number is 22546VBT2.
