New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $5.78 million notes with averaging linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

Tacoma, Wash., April 6 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $5.78 million of 0% market-linked notes due April 6, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the ETF return and 8%.

The final share price will be the average of the ETF’s closing share prices on March 30, June 30, Sept. 30 and Dec. 30 of each year from June 2015 through March 2022.
