New York, Feb. 3 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $1,698,000 of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due May 4, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 12%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the fund.
HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as distributor.
