New York, Feb. 2 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $925,000 of 0% buffered return enhanced notes due Feb. 3, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times any gain in the fund.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 40% and will lose 1.6667% for each 1% decline beyond 40%.
