JPMorgan plans capped buffered return enhanced notes on iShares EAFE

New York, Jan. 28 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Feb. 3, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 1.3 times any gain in the fund.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 40% and will lose 1.6667% for each 1% decline beyond 40%.
The notes (Cusip: 48125UAC6) will price on Jan. 29 and settle on Feb. 3.
