New Issue: Goldman prices $4.75 million trigger performance notes on iShares EAFE

Madison, Wis., Nov. 3 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $4.75 million of 0% trigger performance securities due Oct. 29, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final fund price is greater than the initial price, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.64 times the fund gain.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by 25% or less.
If the final fund price is less than 75% of the initial price, investors will be fully exposed to the decline.
Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.
