New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.95 million trigger PLUS linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Oct. 22 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $2.95 million of 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Oct. 21, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 185% of any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 200% of par.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by 50% or less and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund finishes below the 50% trigger level.
