New Issue: Goldman prices $2.13 million leveraged notes tied to iShares MSCI EAFE

New York, Sept. 22 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $2,125,000 of 0% leveraged notes due Jan. 9, 2017 tied to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 151% of the return. Investors will share in losses.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.
