JPMorgan plans capped buffered enhanced notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, July 1 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due July 29, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.75 times any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 15% to 19%.

Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% beyond 10%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on July 28 and settle on July 31.

The Cusip number is 48127DRJ9.
