Deutsche Bank plans Accelerated Return Securities on iShares MSCI EAFE

Madison, Wis., June 3 - Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch plans to price 0% Accelerated Return Securities due June 6, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 145% of the fund return.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 30% and will be fully exposed to losses from the initial level if the fund drops below the 70% trigger level.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. will be the agent.

The notes are slated to price on June 3 and settle on June 6.

The Cusip number is 25152RKN2.
