New Issue: Barclays prices $4.68 million PLUS linked to iShares MSCI EAFE fund

Madison, Wis., April 15 - Barclays Bank plc priced $4.68 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Oct. 15, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 24%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as the dealer.
