New Issue: Barclays prices $3.22 million Super Track notes linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, April 8 - Barclays Bank plc priced $3.22 million of 0% Super Track notes due April 9, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.41 times any fund gain.
Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 30% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund finishes below the 70% barrier level.
