New Issue: JPMorgan prices $811,000 digital notes linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

San Luis Obispo, Calif., April 3 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $811,000 of 0% digital notes due April 5, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus a 15.2% digital return. Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the 10% buffer.
