Barclays plans PLUS due 2015 linked to iShares MSCI EAFE fund

Chicago, April 2 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Oct. 15, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 23.25%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as the dealer.

The notes will price on April 11.

The Cusip number is 06742B139.
