New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $17 million principal-at-risk securities linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

New York, Jan. 8 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $17 million of 0% principal-at-risk securities due Jan. 11, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final share price is greater than the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of the ETF return, subject to a maximum return of 22.5%.

If the final share price is less than or equal to the initial share price but greater than or equal to the threshold price, 75% of the initial share price, then the payout will be par.

If the final share price is less than the threshold price, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final share price is less than the initial share price.
