New Issue: Citigroup sells $8 million enhanced barrier digital plus notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Madison, Wis., Sept. 25 - Citigroup Inc. priced $8 million of 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due Sept. 27, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund finishes at or above the barrier level, 70% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of any gain and the 16% fixed return.
Investors will otherwise be exposed to any losses.
