Barclays plans buffered Super Track notes linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Aug. 21 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered Super Track notes due Sept. 3, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 13.65% to 14.75%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 20% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 20%.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price on Aug. 29 and settle on Sept. 4.
The Cusip number is 06741TE86.
