JPMorgan plans buffered return enhanced notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Aug. 1 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due May 29, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 15% to 19%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Aug. 27 and settle on Aug. 30.
The Cusip number is 48126NME4.
