Credit Suisse plans digital Bares linked to iShares EAFE, iShares EM

Madison, Wis., Aug. 1 - Credit Suisse AG plans to price 0% digital Bares due Sept. 4, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of the lower performing fund is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed payment percentage of 20% to 22%. The exact percentage will be set at pricing. Investors will receive par if the lower performing fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline in the index beyond 10%.
The notes (Cusip: 22547Q6J0) are expected to price Aug. 30 and settle Sept. 4.
